Possible Problems with a MacBook Pro 15 Battery

Nothing is expected to be perfect and battery for MacBook Pro 15 is not perfect either. If you recently bought you Mac Pro 15 but unfortunately its battery is not keeping charge, you need to check your computer configuration or the state of the battery.

One thing with MacBook Pro 15 Battery is that it is supposed to keep charge for more than 4 hour when fully charged. So if the batter is lasting for less than 3 hours, definitely, there is problem. To start with, you are supposed to fully charge battery when new. Let it charge for two hours idle. MacBook battery are shipped when partially charged and failure to fully charge it would result to poor power storage. If you charged it, then you should not blame yourself, at times (though very rare), computer may be shipped while some process are still running and this consumes charge, this can lead to poor power storage.

But probably MacBook Pro 15 Battery has no problem. Battery usage also depends on many factors. Check screen brightness, look if Bluetooth and Wi-Fi is on. You need to check the number of applications or process running at ago. If you are running so many process, you are risking battery life, it will be drained very fast and it storage will not only be hampered temporarily but also permanently. You can improve power storage by;

Adjusting brightness, adjust your PC brightness to normal brightness.

Graphics have great impact on battery life.

Use energy saver preference, turn Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off when not in use, you should consider running one application at a time.

You also need to disable other features and technologies that use power.

But you also need to check if you are using correct charger with MacBook Pro 15 Apple laptop adapter. If you are using different adapter, it may indicate that it is charging but in real sense, it is not. The worst problem with using different charger is it will indicate that battery is fully charged, but immediately you unplug charger, computer goes off. Different charger will directly supply power to the computer, you will use computer as long as power supply is on.

Nevertheless, MacBook Pro 15 Battery may not charge 100%. The battery may appear to stop charging between 92% and 99%, this is normal and you should never be worried. When your batter is fully charged, the light on the adapter will turn green to indicate that it is fully charged. If you have further problems, you can always contact apple customer care.
